The Basic Rules of The Metabolic Balance Program • Eat exactly 3 meals a day. • After each meal, take a break of at least 5 hours before your next.

• Don’t allow any single meal to last longer than 60 minutes. • Always begin each meal with two bites of protein. • Eat only 1 type of protein per meal. • If possible, do not eat after 9pm. • Drink 35ml of water per kg of body weight a day. • Eat any fruit from your list (including your daily apple) as part of your meal or as dessert with your meal.
